- 1 small box vanilla pudding
- 1 small box butterscotch pudding
- 3 C Milk I used 1 ½ C vanilla/caramel coffee creamer, 1 ½ C milk
- 8 oz cream cheese – room temperature
- 1 8 oz cool whip
- ½ package chocolate covered graham cracker cookies – crumbled
- ½ 8 oz package Heath brickle
Mix puddings with 3 C milk and set aside.
In KitchenAid mixer, whip cream cheese. Blend in pudding mix.
By hand, fold in cool whip, cookie crumbles and brickle (save some cookie crumbles and brickle for the top).
Pour into serving dish and top with cookie crumbles and brickle. Refrigerate before serving.
Could use any liquid for the pudding (I used coffee creamer). Could also use mini marshmallows and/or diced apples in the pudding for a variety. Could add a tsp salt and drizzle with caramel for a Salted Caramel Fluff.
