Does your family have busy schedules? Is it a struggle finding time to make a good sit down dinner for the whole family? Here’s the answer to your problem! It’s an easy slow cooker roast beef dinner recipe that your family will love. The best part of this recipe is it’s delicious and simple to make!! I put the roast in frozen, yes frozen, before I go to work and when I get home, most of the dinner is done. It’s great with both beef and pork roasts too. This recipe is also great for those hot summer days when you don’t want to use the oven.
Slow Cookers are fairly inexpensive and can be used in so many different ways. We have four different sizes and use them for anything from cooking roasts to baked beans.
